WELL I AM

In today's fast-paced world, employee well-being is recognised as a cornerstone of individual and organisational performance. Our programme offers a comprehensive and accessible solution to boost the physical and mental well-being of employees whilst equipping them with the knowledge, tools and self-coaching techniques to build and sustain a positive growth mindset.

Designed for employers seeking to invest in their team's overall well-being, our programme blends nutrition, health, and mindset training into a customisable, engaging and fun learning journey.

Emma and Lisa became fast friends at work in 2010, bonding over their shared interests in health, wellness, and organisational change management. Working together as change consultants, they discovered a passion for helping others make positive changes in their lives. Years later, as they embarked on coaching people in nutrition and mindset respectively, they realised that working with people on one aspect without the other was like asking them to complete a puzzle with only half the pieces. So, they decided to combine their expertise and workplace experience and create Well I Am, which aims to help people operate at their most happy and productive, so your organisation can too!

A transformative journey towards a healthier, happier, and more productive workplace.

ABOUT

Lisa is a mindset coach, with a passion for helping people turn their mindset and habits into their greatest allies on their path to health and happiness! Her journey began whilst balancing a corporate career and building an online health business, where she realised the importance of mindset in entrepreneurship. Currently completing an ILM coaching certification, Lisa has helped hundreds of people achieve positive life changes.

Emma is a qualified nutritional therapist with the College of Natural Medicine. Emma's interest in nutrition started in 2012 when burn out in her IT consulting job led to adrenal and thyroid issues.  Emma took control of her health and sought functional medicine and naturopathic nutritional solutions to heal. She has since coached hundreds of people around the world to improve their health and quality of life.

SERVICES

Our programme is structured to address the diverse needs of your workforce with different modules which include hands-on activities and educational resources and techniques for use in and beyond the sessions. We believe in flexibility, allowing us to customise the program to suit your company's objectives, culture, and employee demographics. Everything is designed to be used in person or online and we can work with you to find the best solution. Here is a break down of our Well I Am modules.

EAT WELL

Discover the essentials for optimising your nutrition with Emma as your guide. Embark on a journey through the intricate workings of the digestive system to gain a deeper understanding of our physiological processes. Explore strategies to effectively fuel your day, whether it's to sustain energy levels, alleviate anxiety, or cultivate a sense of calm amidst chaos. Get hands-on with practical tips for navigating busy moments with food.

THINK WELL

A belief is a thought we have had over and over again until it becomes our reality.  But it isn’t reality.  It’s just a story we have told ourselves, based on previous experiences, influences and our interpretation of events.  We can tell ourselves negative stories that hinder our confidence and hold us back, or we can tell ourselves positive stories that lead to greater levels of happiness and productivity.  We get to choose.  This module explores the concept of mindset and its impact on workplace performance, explains how the brain can adapt at a physiological level to literally change our thinking, and offers practical strategies to overcome negative beliefs and cultivate a growth mindset to unlock full potential.

COMMUNIACTE WELL

This section presents a fresh perspective on workplace communication and relationships. Rather than focussing on verbal and written communication, it sheds light on how our life positions and ego states impact workplace interactions and dynamics. It guides us on adjusting our communication approaches by recognising and understanding our default mindsets, attitudes, and emotional states. Furthermore, the module stresses the significance of active listening and offers practical strategies for effective engagement. Ultimately, it equips individuals with the skills to engage in workplace interactions as equals, fostering stronger relationships and enhancing productivity in the work environment.

STRESS WELL

The World Health Organisation identifies stress as the predominant health challenge of the 21st century. While stress often carries a negative connotation, it's a necessary aspect of life. This opening module explains the distinction between beneficial and detrimental stress, provides insights into recognising their nuances, explores common stress triggers, delves into the physiological effects of stress on the body and digestive system, and offers practical strategies for effective stress management.
