Investing in Well I Am means investing in the future success of your entire organisation!
Hi! We are Lisa and Emma and we met at work in 2010, bonding over our shared interests in health, wellness, and organisational change. We started our careers with the 'Big 4' and have clocked up a total of 40-years consulting expertise between us!
Working together as management consultants on transformation projects across the world, we discovered a passion for helping others make positive changes in their lives. We also experienced first-hand the impact of being led by, and leading from a place of sub-optimal physical and mental fitness, leading to our firm belief that wellness plays a huge part in effective leadership.
Years later, as we embarked on coaching people in nutrition and mindset respectively, we realised that working on one aspect without the other was like asking people to complete a puzzle with only half the pieces.
So we decided to combine our expertise and workplace experience and create Well I Am, a unique programme of wellness pillars to help your leaders and organisation thrive!
SERVICES
Well I Am integrates nutrition and mindset concepts, highlighting the impact of eating, thinking habits, sleeping and ageing on focus, energy, resilience levels and performance. It offers practical solutions to help leaders change change and develop positive habits for themselves and their teams to improve overall wellbeing, morale and productivity.
